Tyler’s dream of having a storefront has been circulating around in his head for sometime now. Since the caregiver days in 2012, he’s wanted a retail location where folks could come for the full experience. As Wojo grew and became a full operation, opening a dispensary became the next hurdle. In early 2024, the team finally decided the timing was right. Finally, a year later the doors are ready to open.
Overall, the building of the dispensary was straightforward and everything came together smoother than expected. The team found a former dispensary that already had a functional layout which gave them the freedom to focus on what matters most – bringing to life the full Wojo experience. They repainted and refreshed the inside, designed the graphics, built the shelving, and handled everything else that goes into launching a dispensary in-house. Watching those empty rooms turn into real working spaces finally made everything seem real to Tyler Wejrowski. “We watched the empty rooms turn into something real. This store brings everything we built together in one place.”

Everyone working the floor comes from ‘The Hive.’ They have trimmed, packed joints, washed hash, pressed rosin, and seen every step from seed to shelf. Customers will get real answers from real people who helped create the product, not an inexperienced budtender who has no experience with the product.
